Individual Supported Employment

Supported Employment provides opportunities to identify, obtain, maintain, and advance in employment in community based work settings. Individualized on-going supports are provided based on individual need to maximized work skills and maintain employment. Supported employment improves self-esteem, promotes community participation, encourages economic self-sufficiency, and improves overall quality of life.

Supports such as career planning, and job development are also provided for individuals who chose to leave their current employment situations.
