Thank you for supporting the 15th Annual Walk for Independence–Sunday, April 25th-Saturday, May 1st!

Honoring The DeBartolomeo and Lucherini Families for their 60 plus years of supporting ARI!

The 15th Annual Walk for Independence took place the week of Sunday, April 25th to Saturday, May 1st beginning with opening ceremonies. All festivities on April 25th were broadcasted online at and via Facebook Live.  The virtual event included live and taped feed of festivities.  We thank everyone that was involved with the event including our honorees the DeBartolomeo and Lucherini Families, Mayor David Martin, State Reps Caroline Simmons and Matt Blumenthal, Eleanor Casale and her Dance With El Team, our Board and Committee, and all that joined us virtually! Although, the weather did not allow our residential consumers to join us on the 25th, we were able to have walks for both our Day and Residential Programs during the week.  Visit the gallery to view photos taken during the week.  Please send us your photos and videos by posting on our FACEBOOK page.

We thank our past sponsors and everyone that supported this year’s event during this health crisis and all of those that joined us in support of the over 100 consumers receiving services at ARI during the opening ceremonies and walking throughout the week. Your support allows us to continue providing the highest quality of services to people with developmental disabilities. You can still support by making a donation by CLICKING HERE or downloading the below flyer.  Without your support events like this one will not happen.
