The 13th Annual Walk for Independence will take place on Sunday, April 28th at Cove Island Park beginning at 10:00am.  All clients and families are welcome to attend.  We ask for all attendees to solicit support for this event.  Following the 1-3 mile walk will be a light lunch.  For more information contact Gerard Gasparino.  Enclosed is the brochure.

The ARI Artists’ Initiative Class will continue on Thursdays in April from 3:00-5:00pm.  Participants will be able to work on their artwork.  Class will be open to all interested.  Please contact Gerard Gasparino for more information.

Aqua-Aerobics will continue on Wednesdays at the Darien YMCA from 6:15-7:15pm in April.  All participants will be able to exercise in the pool. 

Dinner Night Out will take place on Tuesday, April 30th from 5:30-7:30pm.  Catch up with old friends over dinner at a local restaurant.  The cost of dinner will be under $25.  This month’s night out will take place at the American Steakhouse in Norwalk.  Please contact Gerard Gasparino for directions.

  3. Stamford YMCA, Pat Fervil, pat@stamfordymca.org. Sports include: basketball, bowling and soccer.
  4. Special Olympics of Norwalk, Olivia Skiffington, olivia.skiff@gmail.com. Sports include: track and field, bowling, floor hockey and volleyball.
